We make it simple. If you enquire with us, our property agents will determine whether your property is suitable for auction & from there you will sign a contract. We aim to get your property up on our auction platform in 7 days, but that can depend on access for photographs, floorplans and videos.
If your property isn’t deemed suitable for auction, we have a number of other solutions including buying the property for cash ourselves.
If you’re looking to buy from the auction, then you will be prompted to sign up. When you look at bidding we will require a deposit and passing AML checks to ensure you are a committed buyer. Once you win, you will have a set amount of days to pay the funds in full.
